Alyssandra: Crawls towards mom from across the room
Mom: sees baby coming and crouches down with arms stretched out and welcome her efforts
Alyssandra: squeals in excitement and crawls faster with a huge smile on her face
Mom: exclaims "that's such a long way to go, come see mama"
Alyssandra: reaches mom and sits back with arms stretched up
Mom: picks baby up and goes to give a kiss and say "good job"
Alyssandra; immediately arches back and complains to be put back down
My little sassy pants.. You're getting to be so independent, already! You're only 6.5 months old, please slow down.
